| Hi, my name is Alisa and I have been around animals all my life. I grew up with five dogs and three cats in the house and I currently have two dogs and a cat. I will be attending Modesto Junior College and I plan on continuing my education in veterinary medicine. I have done a lot of volunteer work, starting with greyhound rescue, and with shelters and other private rescue groups in the valley. I have learned through experiences from my own animals and from working with other people’s animals, the care and compassion that animals need to survive. I am always the person who friends call if they find a stray, has unwanted animals, or they just need advice on the care of their pet. I think of other peoples pets as my own. I love animals and they will always be part of my life. |
